Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to Senior Operations Manager the Operations Manager is responsible for performing operational duties on a professional level. This position requires provision in the following functional areas: client relations employee support staffing preventative maintenance and business development.
The Operations Manager will coordinate daily operation activities and administrative duties working collaboratively with the Operations team. This position requires the individual to effectively manage and prioritize tasks to ensure completion within expected timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Licensed Primary Care Paramedic
NFPA 1001 Level II Fire Fighter
Rope / Confined Space Rescue Technician
Ability to lead a team with strong interpersonal skills critical thinking and time management
Independent decision making
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization
Strong organization skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and handle high volumes of work
Ability to develop strong relationships
Adaptability
Commitment to consistent accuracy and high attention to detail
