Job Description
Area manager will be responsible to all brands and sales channels within the designated area.
* All supervisors and channel managers will be reporting to him.
* Ensure all areas KPIs are achieved.
* Follow up on recruitment and training plans and KPIs.
* Ensure a vertical and horizontal expansion plan.
* The expansion plan to include all brands.
* Set up sales target per brand after getting approval from sales manager.
* Set up recruitment target after getting approval from sales manager.
