● Source potential candidates through online (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and offline channels (Universities, career fairs, references).
● Keep all recruitment files organized and introduce enhancements to the filing system.
● Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the region, leveraging local knowledge and networks.
● Engage with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
● Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
● Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases.
● Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.
