Job Description
- Leading the technical team in developing innovative solutions and delivering products and services to meet market demands.
- Structuring and organizing the product development teams to ensure the delivery of all products and projects in a high-quality, efficient, and timely manner.
- Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs with proper Resource Planning and management.
- Developing own related short-term and long-term technical roadmaps and budgets, driving execution and enabling the team to meet intended outcomes, and ensuring that resources are invested wisely.
- Directing the company’s technical strategic direction, development, and capacity for future growth through core capabilities, solutions, and strategic partnerships.
- Managing budget, Understanding cost drivers for human capital, and creative solutions to manage productivity.
- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
- Tracking, and monitoring technology performance metrics.
- Manage a team of development professionals, providing guidance, support, training, and performance feedback.
