Job Description
- Develop monthly production plans according to the machine's capacity.
- Determine the expected time to produce cables according to machine standard rates.
- Participate in maintaining production item master plan, delivery, and production schedules.
- Prepare work orders for each production stage.
- Send the approved production plan and its modifications to all concerned departments.
- Participate in issuing and tracking production orders, ensuring that required material is supplied to the production floor, according to the production schedule.
- Develop daily machine loading plans and production entries for each process in consultation with the shop in charge.
- Attend operational daily meetings to discuss production plans' progress & variance.
- Provides other support to production and management as required.
- Participate in capacity ysis by specific work centers.
- Provide deviation report for monthly plan and stoppage ysis of production for each order.
- Measuring monthly power s for each order.
