Plant Controller – Mexico Operations

Requirements:

• Completed degree (degree or professional license).
• Level of English: Advanced.
• Systems: XA9 (ERP) Prophix (financial reports) and Microsoft ODBC queries.
• Ensure compliance with budget and capital plans.

Critical Deliverables:

The specific most critical deliverables that a person must accomplish in the next 1218 months.

• Implement a payroll system that adheres to the laws and regulations and fills the needs of JAC Products and our employees.
• Implement a JAC Mexico statutory accounting and tax reporting system
• Implement an expense reimbursement process/system
• Assess roles and responsibilities for an Accountant or additional staff within 90 days of hire.
• Complete timely accurate and detailed reporting for daily weekly and monthly metrics and communicate financial objectives on a daily weekly and monthly basis. Utilize data to influence the Management Team
• Perform all month end tasks (by end of the quarter following hire )
• Learn to use and manage the financial system tools utilized at JAC specifically become proficient in the following systems: XA9 (ERP) Prophix (financial reporting) & Microsoft ODBC queries.
• Partner with Materials Manager to ensure the plant's inventory controls are adequate reconcile inventory balances monthly identifying overage and aging material issues and coordinate the year end physical inventory. Develop robust and sustainable receiving process. Drive the process to reflect less than $50000 receipt issues on a weekly basis.
• Ensure adherence to budget and capital plans reference weekly and monthly financial updates
