About Us: We are currently in the process of implementing Autodesk Fusion as our new ERP system to streamline operations across our Mexico and US teams. We seek a highly skilled ERP Implementation / Project Manager to lead this transition and ensure its success.
Role Overview: The ERP Implementation / Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of Autodesk Fusion across our manufacturing plant. This role involves managing project timelines coordinating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring the implementation aligns with our business objectives. The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills a deep understanding of ERP systems implementation and exceptional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage the endtoend ERP implementation process including planning execution and delivery. Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies.
Crossfunctional coordination: Work closely with Mexico and the US teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the implementation phase.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between the implementation team internal stakeholders and the software vendor. Ensure all parties are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or disruptions. Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan.
Training and Support: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for endusers to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system. Provide ongoing support and address any postimplementation issues.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process including project plans user guides and system configurations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in project management or ERP implementation preferably in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration processes is preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and work with complex software systems. Experience with Autodesk Fusion or similar ERP systems is not required but is an advantage.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration information technology engineering or a related field is preferred. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
