Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Piping QC to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of piping installations and maintenance within our projects.
Responsibilities:
. Conduct inspections and tests on piping systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
. Identify and report any nonconformities or defects in the piping systems
. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
. Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records and reports
. Provide guidance and support to the construction team regarding quality control procedures and best practices
Requirements
13 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of piping systems and related construction materials
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Relevant certifications or qualifications in quality control or related field
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
