Job Description
Senior Business Developer
Mission:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mall segment including projects with mall consultants.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including mall developers consultants and decisionmakers.
Lead the endtoend project management process from initial client engagement to project delivery and postproject evaluation.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage and influence decision makers at all levels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset able to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
