Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive new business acquisition. Provide administrative processing of client loan applications. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer success. Your primary outreach methods will include phone calls emails LinkedIn and video communications.


Job Description:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
  • Engage prospects via phone email LinkedIn and video presenting Content Swarm s value proposition.
  • Conduct sales meetings deliver compelling presentations and craft tailored proposals to meet client needs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction for new customers maintaining strong relationships and supporting their engagement goals.
  • Demonstrate a positive resilient and adaptable attitude in all customer interactions. Your enthusiasm confidence and empathy should drive you to understand and meet customer needs effectively build strong relationships and handle challenges with a proactive and professional approach.


Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in telemarketing preferably in B2B Sales
  • Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Sales/ Business Management/ Customer Service or equivalent
  • Proven track record in sales particularly in SaaS or techrelated fields.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic persuasive and engaging
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Experience with International B2B Clients in the USA and UK would be plus.
