Position Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python AI/ML Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms a strong background in Python programming and a passion for developing cuttingedge AI solutions. In this role you will lead the design development and deployment of machine learning models and contribute to our overall AI strategy.
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational Institute preferably in computer programming computer science or a related field.
Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Data Science Mathematics or a related field. Advanced degree (Master s or Ph.D.) is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python and its machine learning libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn).
Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g. Pandas NumPy).
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms statistical methods and data preprocessing techniques.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker).
Requirements
Model Development: Design develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms tailored to business needs utilizing Python and relevant libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn).
Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns that drive decisionmaking.
Algorithm Implementation: Implement and validate machine learning algorithms and statistical methods ensuring robustness and scalability.
Code Optimization: Write clean efficient and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software engineering.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into products and systems.
Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and techniques and contribute to research and innovation within the team.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing environment.
Deployment: Manage the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments ensuring high performance and reliability.

Identify strategic job opportunities and lead the development of compelling proposals tailored to client needs. Analyze client requirements thoroughly and provide accurate estimates to ensure project viability and profitability. Proactively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities, aligning with client needs and acquisition strategies. Oversee project pricing, quote preparation, and proposal creation, maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the process. Utilize LinkedIn and other marketing tools to generate leads, build relationships, and enhance business development efforts. Manage the recruitment and development of team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Gather and analyze project business requirements, effectively transferring knowledge to the development team to ensure successful project execution. Take a proactive role in enforcing project deadlines and schedules, managing resources effectively to ensure project success. Conduct client meetings through voice/video calls to foster strong relationships, address project needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Strategically manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client engagement. Ensure documentation is completed according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accuracy and consistency. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization.
