- Generate reports from SAP to track Supply Chain KPIs
- To prepare reports for Internal and External Audits.
- To support business compliance procedures, i.e. Sox requirement.
Compiling information into worksheets
- Inserting information into the SAP system
- Assist the SCM in scheduling and documentation
- Sets up and maintains an electronic filing system for required documentation by specific job/project
- Maintains and organizes required standard forms
- Performs data entry as needed.
- Creates correspondence as needed.
- Gathers, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail within the department
- MR received from different Department and register
- Approval process cycle to follow up
Required Skills or Tools:
- Experience with Local and International Procurement, order fulfillment and customs clearance.
- Experience with Inventory management and inventory auditing process.
- Experience with reporting for internal and external auditing.
- Organization and priority setting skills
- Possesses basic to advanced computer skills, experience with Microsoft software, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet Explorer, etc. Experience with SAP.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree preferred
Physical Strain:
- The ability to handle boxes for shipments (up to 50 lbs.)
- The ability to work extended hours as necessary to support shipments.
