Supply Chain Officer

• Generate reports from SAP to track Supply Chain KPIs
• To prepare reports for Internal and External Audits.
• To support business compliance procedures, i.e. Sox requirement.

Compiling information into worksheets

• Inserting information into the SAP system
• Assist the SCM in scheduling and documentation
• Sets up and maintains an electronic filing system for required documentation by specific job/project
• Maintains and organizes required standard forms
• Performs data entry as needed.
• Creates correspondence as needed.
• Gathers, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail within the department
• MR received from different Department and register
• Approval process cycle to follow up

Required Skills or Tools:

• Experience with Local and International Procurement, order fulfillment and customs clearance.
• Experience with Inventory management and inventory auditing process.
• Experience with reporting for internal and external auditing.
• Organization and priority setting skills
• Possesses basic to advanced computer skills, experience with Microsoft software, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet Explorer, etc. Experience with SAP.

Preferred Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree preferred

Physical Strain:

• The ability to handle boxes for shipments (up to 50 lbs.)
• The ability to work extended hours as necessary to support shipments.
