A. Main Purpose of the Role

Consolidate and accelerate market share position into assigned territories.
B. Key Areas of Accountability:
- Understand marketenvironment, customer demand and competition landscape to accelerate company revenue growth in selected Technologies/Segments/Accounts
- Develop Regional focus account and Mass Market distribution strategy according to company LRP (Long Range Plan)
- Leverage Company Value proposition to establish strong & Long Terms business relationships with regional focus accounts & Distributions Branches.
- Build a long-term relationship withing rest of cross regional functions, FAE/BDM, Operations, Supply Chain & Product Lines.
- Achieve assignedSales Revenue & Demand Creations targets.
C. Requirements
- Action oriented, open-minded, flexible person with strong listening communication and time conflict management skills
- 8 years or more sales experience in semiconductor industry with preferably multi-cultural environments
- Must have semiconductor distribution management experience
- Must have regional sales experience
- Very Good to have key account management experience
- Good to have technical background in semiconductors, especially in power discrete
- Good to have application know-how in Industrial / Power Segments
- Good level of understanding for business creation and development. Good skills for managing design-in and design-win pipeline process and prioritization.
- Good skills in using especially excel, power point, word and any other programs bringing efficiency to daily work and good skills in presentation and fluency in both written and spoken English.
