About the Role:

To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Hold a bachelor's degree
• 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales management
• Van sales experience
• Proficient in team management
• Leadership skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to analyse & interpret data/ information
