• Participate to the annual business planning cycle forboth top line and OPEX
• Support and drive the evolutionof our channel incentive framework, in close collaboration with theglobal channel office
• Partner with your channel salesleadership on developing ad hoc partner incentive programmes topropel additional sales
• Translate sales targets intosales quotas and partner targets
• Manage the weeklysubscriptions and billings forecast process for the EMEA MatureVolume business
• Present to senior management quarterlyresults and insights
• Build Quarterly Business Reviews(QBRs) decks for sales and finance senior management
• Perform regular analysis of Volume and the channel business,including evaluating the return on investment of sales promotionsand incentives
• Develop reports that monitor daily,weekly, and quarterly billings performance
• Collaboratewith the broader sales finance community to facilitate and guidethe evolution of our reporting tools
• Review and approveincentive payout for channel partners
• Monitor thecompliance to discount and return policies, evaluating andapproving related exceptions
• Reinforce internal controlswith emphasis on the training and communication of revenuerecognition policies and government engagement policy
• Bea fiduciary in the best interest of the company, free of conflictsof interest and with objectivity, integrity, and truthfulnessMinimum requirements
• Bachelor's degree (finance,business, or accounting)
• CPA or MBA is desired but notrequired
• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsiblebusiness & finance experience
