Job Description
Program Enablement Lead Contract
Job Overview: Stratfield is seeking a Program Enablement Lead to provide services related to our Client's Global HRIS team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS portfolio management and will be responsible for developing tools and processes to support experience and enablement activities.
This is a 12month contract position. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop tools to manage and track Experience and Enablement activities across the HRIS portfolio including a Smartsheet dashboard.
- Create portfoliowide stakeholder analysis and collaborate with Product Managers and Change Leads to identify awareness channels among HRIS stakeholders.
- Support the development of programlevel governance processes in the Communications and Training space in partnership with Communications and Education Leads.
- Assist with established project communication plans and processes acting as a thought partner to refine and strategize future rollouts.
- Perform other services inherent in the performance of Portfolio Enablement Services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in HRIS portfolio management.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and/or Excel.
- Strong analytical communication and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are helpful.
