Drive KPI, Monitoring SOP's of Stores
• Organizing staffs for operation of stores
• Supervise and guide teams of professional to maximise revenue
• Develop strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities within assigned area
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality service
• Deal with customer complaints to maintain store’s reputation
• Perform market research to study consumer behaviour, latest trends and competitor activity
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders and ensure they stay within budgets
