Job Description
Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Japanese and English min. business level
- Provide technical support services for all support tickets open by our customers for issues on VMC on AWS
- Experience in providing technical support for multiple platforms (Unix Linux Windows)
- Familiarity with Hypervisors (ESXi HyperV Xenserver KVM etc)
- Linux/Unix administration basic skills
- Strong networking skills with a knowledge of NSXT
- Extensive administration and support experience with Windows server operating systems and workstation operating systems in large enterprise environments (thousands of systems)
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal internal and external) and presentation skills
- Quality outof.the box thinker that is openminded creative intelligent and selfconfident
- Team player that works well in collaborative situations and startuplike environments
