Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Develop and refine menus that showcase authentic Italian cuisine, utilizing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events, promotions, and seasonal menus.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to meet budgetary goals.
- Stay current with culinary trends and techniques to continually elevate the dining experience.
- Ensure that the outlet food cost is efficiently managed to maximize profit while delivering on the brand promise.
