Job Description
Looking for GENDER EQUALITY AND SOCIAL INCLUSION (GESI) LEAD in Kabul
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Gender Studies Development Studies Social Sciences or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing implementing and monitoring GESI programmes in complex settings. Preferably in a similar context.
- Proven experience in program implementation in areas such as agriculture livelihoods womens economic empowerment and community engagement.
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Dari/Pashto.
