Job Description
Our client is a fastgrowing marketing consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative and strategic solutions to clients across various industries. As part of their expansion they seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Operations in the UAE (Marketing/PR/Communication Consulting firm).
The Head of Operations will be pivotal in setting up and managing operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Marketing/PR/Communication consulting sector and a deep understanding of the local market. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills excellent connections within UAE and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the firms operations in the UAE.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and government entities.
- Oversee the daytoday operations ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
- Lead and manage a team providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
