Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- AI Integration and Development:
- Implement and optimize AI technologies across our products like Reasy Testbook.ai Reach and Uniserve360.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify AIdriven solutions that enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Model Selection and Training:
- Evaluate select and train machine learning models tailored to specific tasks including object detection natural language processing and data extraction.
- Utilize frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch and Scikitlearn to build and finetune models for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Prompt Engineering:
- Develop and refine prompts for AI models especially those involving natural language processing to ensure accurate and relevant outputs.
- Experiment with different prompt techniques and iterate based on user feedback and testing results.
- Collaboration and Implementation:
- Work closely with developers UX/UI designers and data scientists to seamlessly integrate AI features into products.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
- Research and Development:
- Stay informed about the latest AI trends technologies and best practices.
- Conduct research to explore new AI techniques and tools that can enhance existing product features or lead to the development of new solutions.
- Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct rigorous testing of AI models and features to ensure high accuracy efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Optimize models and algorithms for performance improvements and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science AI Machine Learning or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts algorithms and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with AI/ML tools like TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.
- Expertise in model training optimization and prompt engineering.
- Handson experience with object detection models and natural language processing.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Experience with lowcode platforms PDF processing and chatbot technologies.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud platforms.
Experience:
- Years of Experience:
- 37 years of experience in AI development data science or a related field.
- Significant experience with model selection training and prompt engineering.
