Must have excellent communication skills and be highly committed to the deliverables.

Perform daily endtoend operations of hardware asset management.

Must have flexibility to work from the client offices any time and if needed extensive hours for critical deliverables.

Must have good understanding in ITAM HAM workflows and knowledge in ServiceNow will be added value for selection.

Perform verification and audit of Asset Management process.

Ensure process efficiency by implementing the key performance indicators; suggest improvements to the process continuously.

Establish and maintain documentation of procedures processes and reports concerning asset and configuration management.

Would be strong in memanagement highly organized at his/her work.

Must be involved for process improvement and reduce manual errors for quality assurance.

Would be responsible for update tasks closer open issues.

To participate in customer discussions as and when requires.
