The Role:

Were seeking an experienced Lead Manufacturing Engineer to spearhead our manufacturing processes for complex electromechanical/Consumer products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of diverse materials including plastics sheet metal and rubber and will bring a wealth of experience in mass production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design and Optimization: Design develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products enhancing efficiency and costeffectiveness.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Drive projects aimed at reducing production costs and minimizing waste utilizing Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain stringent quality protocols to ensure all products meet the highest standards.
  
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of engineers and technicians fostering a culture of growth performance excellence and high engagement.
  
• Training and Development: Assess team skills identify gaps and implement development programs to enhance capabilities.
  
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and components and address any quality or supply issues.
  
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D supply chain sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches and manufacturability of new designs.
  
• Technical Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear technical strategy for manufacturing that aligns with the company s overall business objectives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• At least 8 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations preferably in a highvolume consumer goods production setting.
  
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding sheet metal fabrication and die casting.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in leading significant projects for the installation and optimization of assembly lines with 200 components.
  
• Proficiency with ERP systems production planning and modern automation technologies.
  
• Exceptional analytical problemsolving organizational and leadership skills.
