Through our brand Klynk we are on a mission to revolutionize the way people cook and connect with food! As our Senior Electronic Design Engineer youll be a critical player in bringing Klynks existing and nextgeneration smart kitchen appliances to life. Youll spearhead the embedded hardware design and development efforts for our flagship products Semi and Riku while also guiding future product lines.

Position Summary: As a Senior Electronic Design Engineer you will be instrumental in leading the design and development of sophisticated embedded systems for our smart kitchen solutions. This role requires a dynamic blend of technical prowess and leadership to ensure our products not only meet but exceed the innovative and quality standards Futuristic Labs is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the electronic design initiatives for our existing and forthcoming products focusing on our key products Semi and Riku.
  
• Collaborate extensively with firmware engineers and crossfunctional teams to ensure hardware and software integration is optimized for performance.
  
• Implement costeffective design and production strategies to adhere to budgetary and performance specifications.
  
• Uphold and advocate for industry best practices in electronic design focusing on manufacturability reliability and ease of maintenance.
  
• Manage the complete hardware verification and validation lifecycle ensuring all products comply with necessary safety and regulatory standards.
  
• Direct all aspects of certification and compliance related to consumer electronics.
  
• Continuously update team knowledge regarding new industry trends technologies and components relevant to embedded systems design.
  
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience in electronic design for consumer electronics.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead electronic design projects from concept through to mass production.
  
• Profound knowledge of electronic design principles including circuit design PCB layout and signal integrity.
  
• Expertise in costreduction practices for mass production.
  
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in consumer electronics (e.g. FCC CE UL).
  
• Exceptional problemsolving analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership capabilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and as part of a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing complex electronic products similar to Riku.
  
• Proficiency in using industryleading electronic design software such as Altium Designer or KiCad.
  
• Knowledge in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) approaches and best practices.
