Requirements

• Career Shifters are Welcome: No prior experience in the mortgage industry No problem! We re looking for individuals who have at least a Minimum of 2 Years of Relevant Experience in the following fields:
  

Call Center Industry handling Financial Accounts

Local Banks Experience

Financial Institutions

• Bachelor s Degree (Graduates in Business Administration Accountancy Finance Mathematics or related fields)
  
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
  
• TechSavvy. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
  
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to handling client information and financial data.
  
• Demonstrated "CanDo" Attitude. A proactive mindset resilience in the face of challenges and a willingness to take initiative and tackle tasks with enthusiasm.
