Act as an advisor for the sales team and Umniah customers by transferring industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills to support the sales team in cross-selling and up-selling Umniah's business products' portfolio
Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers and vendors during the presales process
Develop and maintain a clear, organized, and solid documentation and records
