Your Mission
The Role:
As VP of Sales you will have a multifaceted role that includes leading the sales team and overseeing field marketing for our entities in Austria Poland (plus minor activities in Eastern European countries) Italy Spain and France. In this role you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer of NFON AG. You will be responsible for all sales and sales marketing activities at these locations and provide strategic guidance to the executive management.
The work youll do:
- Developing and implementing a new strategic direction for sales in those markets
- Leading and developing highperforming sales and field marketing teams through coaching mentoring and training
- Taking responsibility for achieving sales targets lead generation and continuously improving sales success
- Cultivating relationships with key customers identifying new business opportunities and ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Analysing and optimising sales and field marketing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Conducting market analysis to understand customer needs identify competitive advantages and recognise trends
- Managing the sales and field marketing budget and ensuring financial goals are met
- Providing strategic advisory to the headquarters management
- Coordinating sales activities across those locations
- Fostering a positive company culture and contributing to achieving company goals resulting in increased turnover

- Minimum of two years experience in similar roles
- Masters/MBA degree in economics or related field
- Experience in NFONs core business
- Willingness to travel at least 50% to locations partners customers
