Dutch or Flemish Customer Technical Support Agent

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner providing support and direction as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to assist customers effectively.

Skills Required:

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (C2)
• Working proficiency in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with care.
• Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours.
