Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for assisting guests with their queries resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email regarding bookings activities and general information about the Dutch market.
- Provide advice and information on facilities and services. Respond effectively to customer
- concerns and complaints striving to find a quick and satisfactory solution. Work with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Help customers book accommodation meals and recreational activities. Ensuring the accuracy of booking details and billing information.
Your profile
- High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Experience in customer service.
- Thoroughness autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
