Product Innovation Associate - Beverage

INCREDIBLE a kickass foodtech company that invents the worlds first zero sugar juice is looking for a young curious & hungry (to learn . . . and thirsty for a drink ) talent to join our team as PRODUCT OWNER in Product Innovation & Food Science team.

Tasks

What you will do:

• Create & formulate new beverage products that consumers really want to eat drink and indulge
• Apply new ingredients for sensory perfections and cost optimization as assigned by Product Lead
• Support all activities of pilot test run and commercial production.
• Hands on and improve internal quality control protocol for a new product development e.g. Sensory test shelf life study
• Manage R&D raw material stock and commercial stock
• Manage and organize internal food laboratory to be neat and ready to used

Requirements

What you need to have:

• Bachelor in Food Technology Food Science Culinary Science or relating fields
• Work Experience: 01 years experience
• Research and/or industry experiences with the beverage industry is a strong plus.
• Understanding of regulations & standards related to food production domestically (internationally will be a strong plus).
• Handson experiences in generic food laboratory work.
• Deep passion in new product creations (food & drinks)
• Able to adapt and thrive in a rapid pace & quick changing environment.
• Strong passion to innovate and go extra miles to achieve beyond expectations.
• Strong sense of ownership and self driven
• Good teamplay spirit with ability to listen and communicate with others.
