Job Description

Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in our organization as they are the primary point of contact for our customers. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their ability to effectively communicate problemsolve and empathize with customers directly impacts our reputation and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries
  • Responding to customer emails and live chat messages
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Processing orders forms and applications
  • Managing and updating customer accounts
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Following up on customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Assisting with customer retention and loyalty programs
  • Contributing to team meetings and ongoing training
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meeting individual and team performance targets
  • Utilizing CRM systems to record and track customer interactions

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions
  • Good problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure
