Job Responsibilities :
Accountable and responsible for overall Coordination & execution of Marketing and Sales of the Adhesives division
The person should be able to understand the different applications based on the different chemistries of the Adhesives and appropriately develop relevant marketing strategies.
Should be able to increase market penetration and increased revenue volumes from existing accounts. Lead generation in the EV OEMs Battery manufacturers
Responsible for maintaining/increasing sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts within OEM and/or industrial/distribution channels.
Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the marketplace and provides reports on a regular basis
Travels regularly throughout a specific market area to obtain approvals and specifications for the Group within the designated market
The person will be able to navigate the competitive landscape and sell the USPs of our product lines.
The person should be able to train and manage other sales personnel under them to enhance team performance.
Work in development of catalogues advertising and promotional pieces for the designated market.
Prior experience at one of India s top adhesive players: Wacker Pidilite Sika Henkel Arkema H.B.Fuller Lords is a huge plus.
