Overview


The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning execution and completion of projects within the organization. They are responsible for supporting project managers by coordinating project activities communicating with stakeholders and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Project Coordinator at Client Side handling client requirements client handling and project team.


Job Profile

  • Location : Delhi Jaipur
  • Qualification : B.Tech BCA MCA
  • Min. Experience (in Yrs) : 3

Role & Responsibility


  • Analyze them to determine their feasibility prioritize them based on business needs and ensure that they align with the organizations strategic objectives.
  • Candidate should be able to deal with client in respect of functional requirements.
  • Candidate should be able to describe the requirements to the development team.
  • Candidate should be able to give support to the end users.
  • Candidate should have a good communication skills.
  • Candidate should have a knowledge of functional testing.
  • Change Management
  • Creating use cases user stories or functional specifications that detail the desired features and functionality of a proposed solution.
  • Developing strategies implementing new processes or systems and working with stakeholders to ensure that changes are implemented successfully.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders involved in a project.
  • Monitor the progress of the changes and evaluate the effectiveness of the solutions implemented.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing
  • This involves studying various aspects of the business including its products or services sales and marketing strategies finances and internal operations.
  • Understanding the needs of the stakeholders such as customers employees or partners and translating these needs into clear and concise requirements that can be used as a basis for developing solutions.
