Job Description: CoFounder & Real Estate Expert

1. Real Estate Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies to support the growth and expansion of DasVita.
• Identify key real estate opportunities that align with the company s vision of establishing model farms.

1. Property Acquisition:

• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential properties for model farms.
• Negotiate property purchases and lease agreements to secure favorable terms.
• Perform due diligence on potential properties including financial analysis risk assessment and legal compliance.

1. Model Farm Development:

• Oversee the development and setup of model farms ensuring they demonstrate sustainable and profitable farming practices.
• Collaborate with agricultural experts to implement innovative farming techniques and natural product development.

1. Property Management:

• Manage acquired properties ensuring they are maintained and operated effectively.
• Develop and implement management plans for model farms including maintenance schedules tenant relations and financial oversight.

1. Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about market trends property values and zoning laws relevant to agricultural real estate.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations based on market analysis to guide strategic decisions.

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Prepare and manage budgets for property acquisition and management.
• Analyze financial performance of properties and implement strategies to maximize ROI.

1. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all real estate activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submissions of required documentation.

1. Partnerships and Networking:

• Establish and maintain relationships with real estate agents developers investors and other stakeholders.
• Represent DasVita at industry events and networking opportunities to identify new opportunities and partnerships.

• Work closely with the founding team to align real estate strategies with overall business goals.

• Proven experience in real estate acquisition management and strategy development particularly in the agricultural sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends property valuation and zoning laws.
