Position Overview:
Bytescare is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a B2B Sales
Representative you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities as well as
maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold
calling email campaigns social media and networking.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and
providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to
prospective clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance
and forecasts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies
with company goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting and
exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business
opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field.
