Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a production supervisor.
• Technical certificate / High School or Engineering degree.
• 70% conversational English
• Have a valid VISA.
• Experience in daily and weekly production reports.
• Execution of Production Program.
• Knowledge of quality inspection.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Management of performance metrics.
• Management of ERP systems.

Night shift: Monday to Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. and Thursdays until 12:30 a.m.

Primary Function:

Safely perform all the duties and responsibilities listed below. Assure product is inspected picked and packed under the highest quality standards. Direct the daily of the inspector/pakers. Responsible for the overall effectiveness of inspector/packer quality inspection.

Responsibilities:

1. Check production quality to ensure customers are receiving the best possible product and that inspector/packer personnel are accountable for proper inspection and are following work instructions.
2. Perform carton audits of finished product and document cartons audited results of audit and document actions taken for detective product found. Inform manager of results and problems daily.
3. Schedule all inspector/packet personnel within management guidelines. Assure proper number of inspector/packers are at each machine. Fill out all pertinent paperwork.
4. Assist with all training needs. This includes new inspector/packer training as well as continuous training to maintain a quality trained work force.
5. Continuously coach inspector/packer employees on proper work procedure and provide assistance as needed.
6. Communicate with technician to expedite customer orders when needed assuring production scheduling deadliness are met.
7. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Ensure that all inspector/packer personnel are instructed on safety policies related to their position and held accountable for any violation of safety policies. Assist the production technician in maintaining a safe working enviroment for all employees.
8. Perform document audits on defective product
9. Help promote and maintain a clean and wellkept work area.
