Position: Customer Success Manager Working hours: MF; 8:00 am 5:00 pm PST 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Philippine Time Salary:USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients for digital ad campaigns guiding them through the process from the initial strategy call to signing contracts via PandaDoc.
Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the Ads team ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
Project Coordination: Oversee the ad creation process by scheduling meetings taking notes and ensuring client preferences are communicated to the Ads team.
Content Management: Create and manage Dropbox folders gather content from clients and coordinate with the video editing team to deliver the final content to the Ads team.
Monitor Ad Campaigns: Ensure the Ads team is delivering work that aligns with the client's goals stepping in to address any quality issues or misalignment.
PostOnboarding Support: Check in with clients regularly over the first 23 months to ensure satisfaction and answer any nontechnical questions.
Upsell and Content Creation: Help clients access additional content creation services by coordinating with influencers or videographers to create highquality ad content.
Content Oversight: Understand the key elements of effective video ad content and work with videographers and editors to produce highquality videos.
Email Automation: Set up basic email automations and write copy as needed to support client campaigns.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital ads client relations or content creation.
Prior experience as a content creator or videographer is preferred with the ability to recognize quality video production.
Ability to make simple graphic design edits as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication with a minimal accent to effectively communicate with USbased clients.
Familiarity with PandaDoc Slack Google Slides and Dropbox.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely communication between clients and teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment.
