Job Description: We are seeking skilled and detailoriented Laboratory Technicians for contract positions in various healthcare facilities throughout Canada. As a Laboratory Technician with Explore Med Staffing Solutions you will play a crucial role in conducting laboratory tests and procedures ensuring accurate and timely results for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures including blood tests urinalysis and microbiological tests.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

Qualifications:

• Certified Laboratory Technician (CLT) or equivalent certification in good standing with a provincial regulatory body in Canada.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures equipment and safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
