Job Description
HR Manager needed in an Education Group in Hyderabad.
Immediate joining
Role Provide efficient HR partnering to the Office functions and contribute to group and regional HR projects and other relevant tasks required. Oversee and monitor daytoday HR operations and ensure the accuracy quality and timeliness of HR services delivery for the schools and the office.
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing the HR Operational processes across all schools ensuring that schools are optimizing their processes and resources where possible.
Handling queries and resolution of HR Partners Principals all colleagues and line manager.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to deliver proactive HR partnering.
Analyze Staffing needs.
Assist with continuously reviewing and implementing appropriate policies and processes for the schools.
Manage the systems used by HR teams such as eSRF and Success Factors.
Implementing HR projects related to systems (Data system payroll recruitment etc.)
Salary Benchmarking payroll processing
Should have been part of HR project implementation
Skills and Experience
MBA in Human Resources management or equivalent. Solid HR generalist experience.
HRIS experience and knowledge. Familiar with Labor Laws.
Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multifunctional tasks.
Experience of working in HR in a global organization. Experience of supporting corporate/Head Office functions.
Strong proficiency in social network and organization skills.
