You will be providing services for Turkishspeaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.
Your tasks:
- Clarifying any product information;
- Answering questions and requests by chat and phone;
- Helping in subjects such as: Payment Refunds Financing Shipping Delivery and Pickup Returns and Exchanges
- Help solve any type of problems insuring a swift and fast resolution.
Requirements
What you need:
- Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1)
- Fluent in English (at least C1)
- Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
