Accounting Staff With Expertise In Accounting Law And Tax Returns

We are seeking a detailoriented and knowledgeable Accounting Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles accounting law and experience with corporate and tax returns both company and personal. Experience working with USbased clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with accounting laws and regulations.
• Handle corporate and personal tax returns including preparation review and filing.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting with a focus on tax returns and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of US accounting laws and tax regulations.
• Experience working with USbased clients is a must.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
