Universal Trainer

The Learning and Development Specialist or Universal Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs for the customer care teams of various lines of businesses. This role includes conducting skills gap analyses preparing learning materials and evaluating results posttraining. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members to identify challenges and recommend strategies to enhance productivity.

• Training Facilitation: Lead new hire training and oversee the nesting process to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Skills Gap Analysis: Identify areas for improvement through thorough skills gap analyses.
• Curriculum Design: Develop training curricula within specified timeframes and budget constraints.
• Educational Materials Production: Create both physical and digital educational materials such as training videos and manuals.
• Performance Review: Conduct individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Track sales objectives and results collecting feedback from trainees and managers to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Impact Reporting: Report on the impact of training programs including sales achieved and areas of improvement.
• Knowledgebase Maintenance: Update and maintain the training knowledgebase with the latest materials and curricula.
• Calibration Sessions: Conduct regular calibration sessions to ensure consistent training quality.

Experience Required:

• Strong CLIENT communication and presentation abilities
• Proven 23 experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle including inperson and webbased learning activities.
• Handson experience with elearning platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Amenable to work fulltime onsite ( Ortigas Pasig )
