Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing and production recruitment to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing recruiting and placing qualified candidates for various roles within the manufacturing and production sectors. Your expertise in these industries will be critical in understanding client requirements and providing toptier candidates to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing and production clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.

Create and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing and production sectors ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media industry events and networking to identify and attract top talent in manufacturing and production roles.

Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills qualifications and cultural fit for specific roles within client organizations.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends salary benchmarks and best practices for talent acquisition in the manufacturing and production industries.

Manage the offer process including negotiating terms and facilitating communication between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging practices within the manufacturing and production sectors.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities including candidate profiles interview notes and placement statistics. Prepare and present regular reports to clients and management.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience with a focus on manufacturing and production sectors.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing and production roles including key skills qualifications and industryspecific challenges.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.

Proven ability to source and attract highquality candidates through various channels and methods.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
