Job Description
Our IT department is growing and we are looking for new talent to join us on our journey!

Your daily tasks will be
- Providing 1st level technical support to Yolo employees;
- Installation and configuration of company laptops mobile devices and peripherals;
- Take responsibility for other companys devices (printers TVs video conferencing systems etc);
- Be responsible for hardware lifecycle (including inventory management and audit) and procurement;
- Creating and supporting documentation;
- Other daily tasks that are delegated by line manager.
What we expect from you
- Excellent level of verbal and written English;
- A team player and strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Understanding how macOS and Windows operating systems work;
- Ability to initiate own work priorities and lead a portfolio independently;
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail;
- Willing to learn and be trained.
