Senior Collection Analyst all genders

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Collection Analyst (all genders) to lead our endeavors to new markets and make operations on the existing markets more profitable. This role is pivotal in managing our endtoend fine collection process including data collection evaluation of process changes and financial efficiency.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Collection Oversight: Lead the endtoend fine collection process ensuring efficient data collection evaluating process changes and enhancing financial efficiency
• Owner Data: Define workflows to ensure efficient and lawful retrieval of car owner data adhering to EU regulations and data protection laws
• Payment Adaptation: Understand and adapt processes to accommodate international payment patterns
• Performance Metrics: Define analyze and monitor KPIs implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Process Improvements: Develop and continuously refine processes to streamline all operational collection activities
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience

• Background: Proven experience in collections analytics or a related field
• Analytical: Strong critical thinking skills with a handson approach to problemsolving
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI Tableau or Metabase
• DataDriven: Demonstrated ability to implement processspecific KPIs
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Decision Making: Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable
