Product Owner - Beverage Innovation

INCREDIBLE a kickass foodtech company that invents the worlds first zero sugar juice is looking for a young curious & hungry (to learn . . . and thirsty for a drink ) talent to join our team as PRODUCT OWNER in Product Innovation & Food Science team.

Tasks

What you will do:

• Lead idea creations & generations for product innovation team to formulate and create new products that consumers globally really want to eat drink and indulge
• Build the next generations of food & beverage using INCREDIBLE Juice as a base ingredient
• Strategically source identify test and select new/novel/super innovative ingredients to perfect our products
• Evaluate and work with suppliers to ensure the most optimal outcomes in terms of standards cost and delivery.
• Discover and collaborate with OEMs/bottlers/copackers to translate new product prototype into pilot and commercial scale
• Drive a continuous improvement in process and cost optimization as well as quality.
• Actively supervise quality control personnel to improve internal quality control protocol for a new product development (e.g. sensory test quality control protocol shelf life study)

Requirements

What you need to have

• BS/MS in Food Technology Food Science Food Engineering or related fields overseas education is a strong plus.
• Work experience: Min 3 years for BS or 03 years for MS.
• Deep passion for new product creations especially in beverages and crazy about how to create truly healthier foods * drinks
• Extensive research and/or industry experience with the food & beverage industry.
• Understanding of regulations & standards related to food production (internationally will be a strong plus).
• Solid handson experience in generic food laboratory work.
• Able to thrive in a rapid pace & quick changing environment.
• Strong passion to innovate and go extra miles to achieve beyond expectations.
• Strong sense of ownership and selfdriven
• Good teamplay spirit with the ability to listen and communicate with others.
• Driven with the purpose to create something that you will be proud of and make an impact on society.
