Full-stack developer

To support BroadForwards growing international business we are looking for an experienced full stack developer to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role you will be responsible for both developing a new graphical user interface (GUI) and maintaining our existing one catering to our B2B customers (communication service providers worldwide).

Tasks

How our full stack developer will make an impact

• Design develop and enhance the new GUI for our next generation signaling product suite supporting using Go.
• Maintain and add new functionality to our current PHPbased GUI ensuring it continues to meet user needs.
• Improve the overall user experience of both GUIs by utilizing the latest technologies and best practices.
• Ensure both GUIs are visually appealing and functionally efficient providing a seamless experience for users.
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code using appropriate programming languages tools and frameworks. Debug and resolve software defects to ensure software quality.
• Work closely with coreproduct developers other UI developers architects and testers to ensure seamless integration with our backend application.
• Participate in code reviews design reviews unit testing and integration testing activities to ensure software reliability robustness and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies trends and best practices in software development for telecommunications. Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance software quality performance and efficiency.
• Writing technical documentation.

Requirements

Ideal candidate

• At least 3 years of experience as a full stack developer in a Linux environment.
• At least 3 years of experience with HTML and CSS.
• At least 3 years of experience with relational database solutions.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript and frameworks like Angular React and Vue Typescript is a pre.
• 2 years of experience with backend languages such as Go and PHP.
• Experience with unit and endtoend testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress
• Experience with Git.
• Strong oral and written communication Able to read write and speak English including technical terminology.
• Selfstarter proactive able to take initiative and work independently
• Selfmotivated to deliver quality solutions.
• Experience working in an agile work environment.
• Passionate about usability user experience beauty and elegance of UIs.
• Eager to learn discuss and share knowledge with the rest of the teams.
