NOC Engineer Tier 1 Tier 2 Tier 3

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced NOC Engineer to join our dynamic and diverse team. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for managing and monitoring our network operations center to ensure 24/7 availability reliability and stability of all systems and services. Tasks

• Monitor manage and troubleshoot network systems and server infrastructure.
• Respond to alerts and incidents perform root cause analyses and recommend resolutions.
• Mitigate issues utilizing network monitoring tools and detect and repair a variety of networkrelated problems.
• Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely problem resolution and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation policies and procedures.
• Perform network tests and evaluations along with routine network maintenance and upgrades.
• Participate in a rotating oncall schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working in a network operations center or a similar role in a complex IT environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems virtualization technologies and network protocols.
• Handson experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Nagios or Zabbix.
• Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong timemanagement and prioritization skills.
