Job Description
- Strategic Leadership - Position, develop, and expand Naia™ penetration in Türkiye through both distribution and direct sales.
- Create and execute robust Territory Management Plans and account strategies to drive maximum business growth.
- Cultivate relationships across the value chain and within customer organizations to develop new business. Engage with key buying influences at spinners, mills, and other value chain levels to understand their unmet needs and buying processes.
- Utilize competitive and customer insights to gain a deep market understanding and present compelling value propositions.
